CONCERN RECEIVES THREE-YEAR ACCREDITATION

Concern is pleased to have been awarded a Three-Year Accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an international, independent accreditor of health and human services. Successful accreditation is based on a review of over 1,100 Quality Standards, including the key areas of leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder input, financial planning, risk management, human resources, and technology.  Concern was lauded for our “strong team of associate directors who are committed to the mission and values of the organization,” as well as for our “teamwork, mutual respect, cooperation, and open communication.”  We were cited for our “innovative responses” in meeting client needs and are proud that our residents reported significant and positive impacts on their lives and that “staff members are genuinely concerned about them as individuals.”
