NORWOOD TERRACE OPENS IN THE BRONX

In August, 2016 Concern opened its first Supportive Housing program in the Bronx. Developed in partnership with B&B Supportive LLC, Norwood Terrace includes 115 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, an exercise room, computer room, community room and lounges.  The eight-story building totals approximately 79,000 square feet, boasts a robust photovoltaic system and a rooftop garden.

The development team that made this project possible includes Hirschen Singer & Epstein, the project’s attorneys; HLS Builders Corp, the general contractor; MHG Architects PC, the project architect; and Betts Housing Consultants.

Funding for this project was provided by the Corporation for Supportive Housing, NYS HFA, NYS HHAC, NYC HPD, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, nd NYS OMH.
