Instructions for Internet Explorer Version 7 Users

There are several settings you will only have to set up once to make sure the VPN works correctly.  

To Turn off your pop-up blocker

Pop-Up Blockers will interfere with the VPN and Precision Care. There is a pop-up blocker built into Internet Explorer that instructions are provided for below. Keep in mind if you have installed another pop-up blocker, such as Yahoo or Google Toolbar, these will have to be modified also.

You have two options. You can turn off the Pop-Up blocker entirely (Easier) or just modify the settings to not block on certain pages (Safer).

Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Go to Tools/Pop-up Blocker/Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

Modify Pop-Up Settings

1) In Internet Explorer go to Tools/Pop-up Blocker/Pop-up Blocker Settings

2) In the Settings window, enter: concernhousing.net and click “Add” and finally “Close”.

Trusted Site Settings

On the “Tools” Menue, scroll down and Select “Internet Options”

Click the “Security” tab, then “Trusted Sites” and finally “Sites”.

Type https://vpn.concernhousing.net/ into the bar below “Add this Website to the zone” and then Click “Add” and finally “Close”

Click “OK” on the Internet Options screen.

You can now proceed to the VPN use(click here) directions.
