Title:                    Administrative Assistant

Hours:                 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Requirements:     Minimum High School Diploma with minimum four years administrative experience.  Word and Excel required.

Title:                    (3) Service Coordinators

Hours:                 Full Time 40 per week

Location:             Pollack Gardens

Requirements:        Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline, plus 2 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.  The individual in this position must have good verbal and written communication skills as well the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.

Title:                     Coordinator

Hours:                  Full Time 40 per week

Location:              CTAP

Requirements:  Masters Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline required.  Additionally, the following employees will be considered for the position: current employees enrolled in Masters Degree program (with funding from the agency either from the Scholarship Program or the Education Assistance Program) or who have a Bachelors Degree plus 3 or more years experience within the agency.  The individual in this position must have good leadership and supervisory, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.

Title:                     Case Manager

Hours:                  Full Time – 40 hours per week

Location:              Supported Housing

Requirements:        Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline, plus 2 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.  The individual in this position must have good verbal and written communication skills as well the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.

Title:                    Part Time Counselors

Hours:                 Sat and Sun 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. West House
Alseep - Saturday into Sunday

Requirements:     Part-time positions require experience working a mental health setting or with people with mental illnesses.

Title:                     Senior Case Manager

Hours:                  Full Time - 40 hours per week

Location:              Shoreham West

Requirements:        Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other related mental health discipline, plus 3 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.  The individual in this position must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.

Title:                    Employment Specialist

Hours:                 Full Time 40 per week

Location:             Supported Housing

Requirements:     Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field plus 2 years vocational experience.  Experience must include working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses in a vocational setting.  Applicants must have familiarity with supported employment concepts.

ON-GOING RECRUITMENT

PER DIEM Counselors are needed to work in both Shoreham and Patchogue Community Residences.  The Per Diem Counselor is responsible for providing relief coverage for staff at the Community Residences. This position requires some experience or education in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.  

Flexible hours are available to you to work when you can, earn income and gain experience.  Day, evening, weekend and overnight hours available.  Great for students and retirees!

INTERNSHIPS
