Pollack Gardens

Pollack Gardens is a licensed Community Residence-Single Room Occupancy (CR-SRO) program that serves 50 individuals. The program provides housing and supportive services designed to help participants to stabilize in the community and to build the independent living skills that will make it possible for them to move to more independent housing in the future.

 Program participants live in fully furnished studio apartments which include a kitchenette and a full bath. Staff will be present on-site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Staff will work proactively with program participants to develop goal plans aimed at maximizing their independent living skills. They will provide rehabilitative services including, but not limited to, daily living skills training, health services, medication management and training, socialization, substance abuse services, symptom management, crisis management, skill development, rehabilitation counseling, community integration and self-advocacy training.

 Weekday Evening Counselors (BA required)

Weekend Evening Counselors

Weekend Overnight Awake Counselors
